We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with e-Formula Technologies Inc.(hereinafter referred to as "e-Formula") based in Taipei, バカラゲーム, to work together in the field of solar power businesses in バカラゲーム. 

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was held through web meeting on March 12, 2021, and was attended by Yasuji Nagaya, President and Representative Director, Akinori Ido, Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Masahiro Nomoto, Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer from Chodai, Mr. Peter, Chairman, and Mr. Frank, Cheif Exective Officer from e-Formula. The agenda of the meeting was the further activities for solar businesses in バカラゲーム and sharing the current status of the ongoing projects and the progress of the establishment of Chodai バカラゲーム Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Chodai.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was concluded with the aim of utilizing the respective strengths of each company in the solar power business, which is particularly expanded in the national renewable energy plan in バカラゲーム.

In addition to developing solar power projects in バカラゲーム with e-Formula, we will also work together to develop consulting services in the field of infrastructure businesses in バカラゲーム.
